| Topshop Kohl Eyeliner in Black - £4. |
Last weekend I went out shopping and picked up Topshops Kohl Eyeliner in the shade Black. I have heard plenty of bloggers say just how worth the money this product was, so I thought I must try it out! I always- - always wear eyeliner, I find that pencil and 'kohl' eyeliners are easier to apply than liquid and gels... and you don't have to wait for them to dry with is a plus point in my book.
Before I came across the Topshop eyeliner, I used the Collection 2000 Khol Eyeliner Pencil 1 (Superdrug £1.99) religiously. I always just went and brough the same one, dismissing all other options! Then I heard all about the Topshop one, at first I was hesitant... I mean Topshop is a clothing brand, and in my opinion make up from clothing brands is never up to scratch.
After trying it out on my make up free face hours after purchasing, i have officially converted. As you can see in the photo above the colour is so pigmented, it's the darkest shade of black eyeliner I have ever seen/ used. It has good staying power and when wearing it for 9 hours i had to touch up only once - - enough said! On top of all of this the product is so creamy, by just swatching it on my hand you can see just how soft the tip of the pencil is, which makes it 100x easier to apply.
The one and only complaint I have is how 'smudgy' the product is, once applied try not to rub your eyelid or half the eyeliner will end up on your hand - - but considering this product is priced at only £4 you can overlook this slight hiccup!

Au revior!

I use topshop eyeliner on a daily basis, either the black or white. I find that it doesn't last very long when i apply it to my eye line but its great for on my lid. Maybe i just have a really wet eye line lol
